Dispatch (Netherlands)

Where possible, we will deliver all items from your order in one parcel. If some items in your order are out of stock, we will send all other items which we have in stock immediately. The dispatch costs in the Netherlands are €3.00 for processing, plus €0.50 per book.

Delivery to PO boxes

TPG Post cannot deliver orders weighing more than 12 kilograms to a PO box address. If your parcel exceeds this weight we advise you to use an alternative delivery address.

Dispatch (International)

It is possible to have all your items delivered abroad. The delivery time depends on the country of destination.

Outside the EU certain import taxes or Customs charges may be charged in the country of destination on arrival of your order. As the customer you are responsible for these costs, which can vary from country to country. The amount charged is calculated by the Customs of the country to which your order is delivered. If you would like to know whether you will have to pay these duties you will need to contact the Customs of that country.

The delivery times for all orders are laid out in the table below. The orders will be sent by TPG Post. For express deliveries we also offer courier services. For more information about these please contact us at sales@vanharen.net

Courier services generally do not deliver to PO boxes. In this case please specify an alternative delivery address.
